Newton Mark

May 2016

What a wonderful evening to mark the end of a good Masonic Season at Bryn. Newton Lodge of Mark Master Masons not only had a candidate but also a joining member for their May Meeting. The candidate was Mark Anders a Quantity Surveyor and a member of Willows Craft Lodge. The joining member was Alan Comber PPrGStdB a retired Police Officer and former member of Clarence Mark Lodge.

The newly promoted WM Brother Barry Fisher PPrGMO was in good form, delivering the ritual almost word perfect. No notes,No Ritual Book  No i-pad, just a willingness to learn the ceremony. The stand in SD for the evening was quite promising and I am sure he has a good future in Mark Masonry. Good Ritualist ,Good sence of humour and good looking. But less of me crawling to V.W. Ian Nairn PGJO Assistant Provincial Grand Master.

There was another star of the evening, Bro Jeff Burns JD who delivered The Working Tools in a first class manner. All the work in accordance with the plans, the brethren retired to the dinning room for a wonderful meal.
